Almoradí PSOE member requests local executive committee decision by burofax
A member of the PSOE in Almoradí has asked the party’s Federal Committee to provide the decision concerning the dissolution of the local executive committee. He has given it ten days to send the document and says that, if he does not receive it, he will seek judicial conciliation before the district body.
A member of the PSOE in Almoradí has formally asked the party’s Federal Committee to provide the decision relating to the dissolution of the local executive committee. The request was sent by burofax to the party’s federal headquarters in Ferraz.
The letter sets a deadline of ten days for the documentation to be sent to the former local leadership. If he receives no reply, the member intends to start judicial conciliation proceedings before the district body.
The member argues that the measure would be null and void because, in his view, it breaches fundamental rights and the PSOE’s statutes. The information available does not specify which particular decision is being requested or give the Federal Committee’s response.
The dispute therefore centres on the documentation supporting the dissolution and the validity of the procedure. The formal request seeks to obtain the decision before proceeding with the announced conciliation process.
